How Much is Shipping and Handling?

All orders of in-stock merchandise are shipped within 24 to 48 hours of receiving an order. United States Postal Service Priority Mail will be the standard shipping method. USPS Express Mail can be used for overnight delivery for an additional $15. All packages will require signature confirmation.

What is Junior Sizing?

The Junior Sizing is the same you would find at your local department store. Junior sizing is a smaller and tighter cut than normal ladies cut.

How are Out of Stock Items and Back Orders Handled?

Due to high demand or manufacturer delays, certain items may become back ordered or permanently out of stock. If you no longer want to purchase a back ordered product, we are more than happy to cancel the item from your order and refund your payment of the item. All back ordered items will be shipped separately, via USPS, as soon as they are available.

What is the Return Policy?

Returns and exchanges will be processed on any unused products, as well as any products that are damaged during the shipping process. Original receipt will be needed to process the return and customers may email (customerservice@ruknightsgear.com) or call 732-357-6617 with their request for returns and exchanges.

What are my Payment Options?

We currently accept the following forms of payment: Master Card, Visa, American Express, Discover and PayPal.

Is it safe to use my credit card?

Shopping at the RUknightsgear.com is safe and easy. The security of your credit card and personal information is extremely important. Our site is equipped with secure online ordering capability. Our secure server software (SSL) is the industry standard and among the best software for secure e-commerce transactions. This technology encrypts all of your information, including credit card number, so that it can’t be read as the information travels over the internet.

Do I have to pay sales tax?

For orders shipped to New Jersey, sales tax of 7% will be added to your order.

How do I return my product?

Please pack the item in the original package, if possible and include your packing slip with the item. If you cannot send your packing slip, please include your order number, name, address, and phone number with the item. All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.

Please keep the Return Tracking Number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package is received. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 30 days of our receiving your returned product. You will be refunded ground shipping costs if the return is a result of a manufacturer error or a shipping error on our part.

What if I received a wrong, damaged, or defective item?

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our Customer Service Department within 30 days of delivery at customerservice@ruknightsgear.com. Please have your order number, tracking number, and damaged item available. RUknightsgear.com will make every reasonable effort to replace the item in a timely manner. We cover ground shipping charges if there was damage to the item due to shipping.

How much of each sale is donated back to the Rutgers Athletic Department?

10% of each sale will be donated to the Scarlet R, which handles the fundraising for the Rutgers Athletic Department.
